Warranty
Information
Every
scooter sold at ScooterX-Gas-Scooters.com comes with a 30 day warranty,
which will begin upon date of delivery of scooter. Your warranty will
cover any manufacturer defects. You warranty will not cover any scooter
malfunction that is due to user recklessness, misuse, or negligence. Modifying
your scooter in any way may void your warranty.
Your warranty will
cover parts and labor performed by our mechanics. Shipping fees associated
with the return of a scooter for repair will not be covered under the
warranty. Once a scooter has arrived for repair by our mechanics, please
allow up to 7-10 business days for completion of repair. Customer will
be notified when scooter has been returned. In order to make a warranty
claim, one of our representatives must be contacted within the warranty
period. Any scooters returned with out prior authorization will not be
accepted. To make a claim, please contact sales@playhardindustries.com
at this time we have taking down our phone due to to many calls we can
not get to them fast eunghf so we answer emails a few times a day.
Return and Exchange
Policy
Returns
for refund are not accepted. We will go out of the way to make the customer
happy, but please be sure to ask any and all questions before purchasing
your scooter, as there are no refunds. The decision for an exchange
on a scooter that has already been ridden, will be left at the discretion
of our staff. We will make every possible effort to take care of the customer
in a prompt and efficient manner regarding any exchange requests. Should
we find the best resolution in the customer's situation is to exchange
their scooter, shipping fees will be covered by the customer. Customer
must first gain authorization by contacting one of our representatives.
Again, any return scooter sent with out authorization will not be accepted.
Once customer has approval for an exchange, customer must ship the item
within 7 days of an exchange approval. If item is not sent out within
the 7 day time period, or customer can not provide proof of date of shipment,
then exchange request will be denied. If there are any questions regarding
our policy we strongly urge you to contact us before purchasing.
